How Much Wood Chip Do I Need?
Measure the length and width of the area in metres and multiply them to get the area in square metres, then decide on the depth.
As a simple guide, 1 cubic metre of wood chip covers about 20 square metres at a 5cm depth, or about 10 square metres at a 10cm depth. It is worth ordering a little extra, as the chips settle after they are laid.
